In this role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience while working alongside seasoned professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. Our Contentious Insolvency team works to address complex challenges related to fraud, investigations, litigation, and asset recovery across a variety of UK and international cases.

Our apprenticeship program is tailored for school leavers who are ready to embark on an exciting career path. You will receive comprehensive training and development, preparing you to contribute meaningfully to our clients and the team.

What will you be doing?

• Assist in the analysis and preparation of reports related to contentious insolvency cases.
• Support the team in conducting research and data gathering to inform investigations and asset recovery efforts.
• Participate in client meetings, taking minutes and detailing action items.
• Work on real-time projects, contributing to the resolution of complex insolvency issues.
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities to enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills.
