Department Overview
The Private Wealth Americas ("PWA") Team is a component of the Investor Partners Group ("IPG") that is responsible for the equity and debt fundraising activities of the Firm. PWA focuses on delivering compelling investment solutions and gold-standard client service to the private wealth market via wirehouses, regional broker-dealers, private banks, registered investment advisors and other intermediaries. PWA oversees sales and marketing, business development, relationship management and business operations specific to the private wealth channel in North and South America. The team collaborates closely with other departments to develop and execute fundraising and client-service initiatives in line with the Firm's objectives.
Position Responsibilities
This individual will support PWA's National Accounts efforts to drive product placement at wirehouses and broker-dealers.
Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the development of robust relationships with wirehouses, regional broker-dealers and independent broker-dealers to drive business growth
- Providing high-touch client service to product origination and research teams at partner firms
- Proactively identifying sales opportunities and high-potential prospects to support pipeline development
- Applying working knowledge of Golub Capital's products, systems and processes to assist in servicing and expanding client relationships
- Staying at the forefront of industry developments, market evolution and emerging competitors to inform client engagement
- Building familiarity with partner firm structures and business models to support targeted engagement efforts
- Maintaining and updating pipeline data and client records within the Firm's CRM to ensure accuracy
- Collaborating with members of the Direct Lending Team, Product Specialists, Compliance and Operations to organize client meetings and coordinate presentation material content
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; CFA or CAIA preferred
- 6+ years of relevant experience supporting Senior National Accounts Managers strongly preferred
- Expertise in intermediary wealth and understanding of wirehouse and broker-dealer sales channels is required
- Understanding of alternative investments, preferably private credit
- Experience working within a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational, data analysis, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem solve and adapt to changing priorities
- Client-centric approach, dedicated to delivering outstanding client experiences and solutions
- Ability to work in a team-oriented sales environment where sharing information and collaboration are essential for success
- Ability to maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Series 7 and Series 63
- Enthusiastic about working in office and creating a Gold Standard hybrid work culture

Compensation and Benefits
For Illinois and New York Only: It is expected that the base salary range for this position will be $150,000 to $190,000. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as skills, experiences and qualifications for the role. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial and / or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation, sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an 'at-will position' and the Firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance, Firm or individual department / team performance and market factors.
