High-Net-Worth BD Manager - China Quant Fund

Role Overview:

We are seeking experienced HNW BD professionals to drive business development across proprietary asset management and institutional distribution channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong client ownership, deep access to high-net-worth (HNW) individuals, banks, insurers, or brokerage firms, and the ability to convert quality assets into scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fundraising and distribution efforts for quant equity products across institutional and HNW channels.
• Leverage existing relationships with banks, insurers, and top-tier brokerages to expand client base.
• Identify and secure new client channels not currently covered by the firm.
• Collaborate with investment and product teams to align client needs with strategy offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in institutional or HNW sales, preferably within asset management, brokerage, or insurance.
• Strong control over client resources and ability to mobilize capital.
• Familiarity with quant strategies and equity products, including index enhancement, long-short, market neutral, and hedging.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive mindset with ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
