Description
About the candidate
Councilmember Evan Glass is running for County Executive of Montgomery County, Maryland. A progressive leader, Councilmember Glass is dedicated to building a stronger, more inclusive community — one where families can afford to live, children receive a world-class education, and every resident is respected and supported.
The first openly LGBTQ+ person elected to the County Council, Councilmember Glass has championed pay equity, housing justice, environmental protections, and transit equity.
This campaign is ambitious in scope — covering the entire county, engaging thousands of volunteers and voters, leveraging public financing, and organizing at a scale akin to a congressional race. Grounded in grassroots energy, community organizing, and progressive values, this campaign seeks a Campaign Manager who shares this vision and is ready to lead a dynamic, high-stakes effort to shape the future of Montgomery County.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, creative, and values-aligned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep political experience, local understanding, and proven leadership to the role.
