OVERVIEW
The mission of Brooks School is to provide the most meaningful educational experience our students will have in their lives. Established in 1926 in the town of North Andover, Brooks provides an all-gender, college preparatory program for 350 students on a 270-acre campus overlooking Lake Cochichewick. We strive to be a place where a diverse group of faculty and staff want to learn, grow, and do their best work to support all aspects of a Brooks student’s life, both in and out of the classroom. At Brooks, we recruit, employ, train, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status and other protected statuses. Our school thrives because of our faculty and staff’s hard work, initiative, dedication and compassion.
As Brooks School approaches its Centennial, the community is undertaking an ambitious campaign to shape the next century of learning, connection, and purpose. This initiative honors Brooks’s enduring values while investing boldly in its future. The Campaign Manager position offers a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven team at a defining moment in the school’s history, uniting alumni, families, and friends around a shared vision for the next 100 years.

Reporting to the Director of Institutional Advancement, the Campaign Manager will serve as a key strategic partner in the school’s capital campaign, collaborating closely with the Advancement team, Head of School, Trustees, and volunteers to drive campaign planning and execution. This proactive, highly organized professional will oversee campaign operations, coordinate prospect strategies, produce materials for volunteers and donors, and manage campaign-related data, reports, and events. A strong understanding of Raiser’s Edge and capital campaign processes is essential.
