Position: Campaign Manager
Location: Hartford, Connecticut (In-Person)
Start Date: ASAP
Reports To: Congressman John Larson & Senior Campaign Leadership

Congressman John Larson’s campaign is gearing up for an exciting new cycle—and we’re looking for a dynamic, driven, and energized Campaign Manager to lead the charge from our Hartford headquarters. This is an opportunity to help shape the direction of a high-impact, people-centered campaign that’s rooted in service and community. What You’ll Do:
- Take ownership of day-to-day campaign operations, motivating and coordinating staff, interns, and volunteers.
- Build and execute bold, strategic plans for field outreach, communications, and fundraising.
- Work closely with the communications team to deliver consistent, compelling messaging across digital, press, and grassroots channels.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and compliance with energy and precision.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community leaders, key stakeholders, and supporters throughout the district.
- Use data and VAN insights to make smart, effective decisions that strengthen voter engagement.
- Prepare the Congressman and leadership with high-quality briefings, schedules, and strategic guidance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, mission-driven team culture.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $8,000–$10,000 per month, based on experience.
- Evening and weekend work expected.

Requirements
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of campaign experience; prior managerial or senior cycle experience strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A knack for motivating teams and building momentum.
- Familiarity with VAN, digital organizing platforms, and modern campaign tools.
- Ability to stay cool, focused, and creative in high-pressure situations.
- A deep commitment to Democratic values and the mission of the campaign.
- Ability to work on site in Hartford, CT.
