Description

Positioning: Identify investors, raise capital from institutional investors, distribute products, and drive repeat investments. Core Responsibilities
1.Build and maintain a "Capital Map": insurance companies, private banks, family offices, hedge funds, and FOFs, targeting AUM ≥ HKD 5 billion

2.For each quarterly ABS/credit fund issuance, complete roadshows, pricing, and anchor orders ≥ 60% of issuance size within 2 weeks

3.Design senior, mezzanine, and junior tranche structures to meet different investor requirements for return, risk, and tenor

4.Continuously track post-investment performance, organize quarterly investor calls, and maintain repeat investment rate ≥ 70%

5.Maintain daily communication with trustees, custodians, and rating agencies, promptly conveying trigger events and payment progress to clients
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in fixed income/ABS/private credit sales, with historical annual fundraising ≥ USD 500 million

• Holding Hong Kong SFC Type 1 or Type 9 license preferred

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English for bilingual roadshows, with strong storytelling capabilities

• Familiar with consumer credit asset metrics (CPR, CER, Default Lag), capable of conducting in-depth technical Q&A with clients
