Description
About HCCI
The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) is a collaborative non-profit with a mission of increasing access to home-based primary care (HBPC), thereby improving the quality of life for medically-complex patients and their families. HCCI is passionately committed to its vision of bringing HBPC into the healthcare mainstream. In addition to being an authoritative source for clinical and operational best practices, HCCI is advancing the field of HBPC through education, consulting, research, and advocacy.
HCCI is a unique nonprofit, operating at the intersection of a consulting firm, an educational leader, and a data analytics lab. Our urgent mission is to serve the nearly 6 million people in the U.S. who are homebound, home-limited, or living with serious illness and do not yet have access to best practice house call programs. Our organizational culture values creativity, empathy, and the relentless pursuit of a better healthcare system.
Role Overview
The Director of Market Growth & Strategic Partnerships will architect the expansion of a movement. This person will identify and nurture long-term alliances with health systems, ACOs, payers, and private practices, providing them with the intellectual capital (education) and business intelligence (data analytics) they need to succeed in the future of healthcare. This is a leadership position for someone who enjoys building something durable - relationships and revenue - while advancing a mission that matters.
The position carries clear revenue accountability and ambitious growth goals, while requiring a consultative, mission-aligned approach that reflects HCCI’s nonprofit values and standing in the home-based care community. This position does not manage a team, but rather, drives and owns the process themself, in collaboration with other HCCI team members.
HCCI seeks a growth-oriented professional who understands that lasting revenue is built through trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships and not just transactional selling alone. The Director will develop and steward relationships with provider organizations, population health leaders, and healthcare partners, translating HCCI’s education, consulting, and data analytics offerings into sustained value for the field.
