United Way of Central Oklahoma is looking for a Director of Campaign Operations to be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of campaign staff and managing annual employee campaigns. This position ensures alignment with United Way’s mission and donor intent and stays informed on innovative fundraising strategies and programs that could benefit Central Oklahoma.

REPORTS TO: Chief Development Officer
SUPERVISES: Resource Development Account Executives, Temporary United Way Fellows/Loaned Executives and volunteers.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Relevant job experience may be considered in lieu of a degree with approval from the President and CEO.
- Minimum of two years’ experience with United Way or a nonprofit organization, including supervisory experience.
PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with nonprofit structures, budgeting, and program evaluation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant technologies.
- Knowledge of United Way, workplace campaigns, giving trends, and local corporate/community dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems effectively, and navigate challenging situations diplomatically.
- Experience working with volunteers and committees.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
