Director of Community Relations & Foundation

The Director of Community Relations & Foundation is responsible for overseeing the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the foundation. This includes managing fundraising campaigns, developing donor relations, directing grant making activities and ensuring financial stewardship. Must be able to fulfill full time role Monday through Friday as needed, while being able to flex (days/hours) for community activities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or business-related field; master's degree preferred. Experience with administrative tasks as in budgeting, billing, and recordkeeping preferred. Demonstrated experience 3-5 years with fundraising, community development, and relations, meeting defined goals and targets, and supervising/mentoring/leading team members. Proficiency with planning and executing successful events.
