Director - Private Equity / Venture Capital Investments

We're looking for an experienced Investment Director to lead and scale our portfolio across some of the most exciting and impact-driven sectors shaping the future - Wellness & Healthcare, Human Construct (Built Environment, Future of Work, and Human Experience), and the Circular Economy.

As a senior member of our investment team, you'll drive the full deal lifecycle - from thesis development and origination to execution and value creation - while helping shape the fund's long-term strategy.

What You'll Do

• • Lead investments and develop sector theses across key verticals: Health Care/Wellness, Human Construct, and Circular Economy
  • Source and evaluate high-potential opportunities, build relationships with founders, advisors, and co-investors
  • Oversee due diligence, deal structuring, valuation, and investment committee presentations
  • Partner with portfolio companies to drive growth, governance, and exit readiness
  • Mentor junior team members and strengthen our internal investment capabilities
  • Contribute to LP relations and fundraising with insights and sector expertise

What You Bring

• • 10-15 years of total experience, including 5+ years in PE/VC, strategy consulting, or corporate development in Health Care/Wellness or Human Construct or Circular Economy
  • Proven investment experience in one or more relevant sectors:
  • Wellness & Healthcare: preventive health, fitness tech, mental wellness, digital health, healthcare services, biotech.
  • Human Construct: future of work, proptech, real estate innovation, human-centered platforms
  • Circular Economy: sustainability tech, resource efficiency, waste-to-value, materials innovation
  • Strong deal-making skills - from origination through exit
  • A solid network across founders, investors, and industry partners
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with entrepreneurial energy
