The Democratic Lieutenant Governors Association (DLGA) is the official campaign committee dedicated to supporting and electing Democratic Lt. Governors. Democratic Lt. Governors are the bench of the Democratic Party, and are the most diverse group of elected officials in the country—with over 85% of Democratic Lt. Governors being women or people of color. The DLGA supports the Democratic nominees for Lt. Governor, and incumbent Democratic Lt. Governors in their re-elections or runs for higher office through a variety of services.
The DLGA is seeking highly qualified Finance Directors to support these key races. We work directly with both incumbents and candidates and will be forwarding strong resumes to campaigns as staffing needs open up. These roles are expected to be full-time positions based in the respective states.

Job Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of staff, interns, and volunteers working on overlapping timelines
- Experience partnering with a Campaign Manager to maintain effective budgeting systems and consistent cash flow
- Proven track record developing and executing a full finance plan, including call time, digital fundraising, and both in-person and virtual events
- At least one cycle of political campaign fundraising experience
- Strong donor research skills across the ballot, with statewide experience especially valuable
- Background in recruiting hosts and staffing fundraising events at both the state and national levels
- Familiarity with NGP, or comparable political CRM platforms is a plus
- Prior experience preparing campaign finance filings is helpful
- Willingness to relocate to the state for the duration of the campaign
