Fulkerson Kennedy & Company is looking for candidates to expand their finance team in a full-time position capacity, and we are currently hiring for a Finance Associate role. FK & Co works with many high profile US Senators and Congressional candidates, leading the DC, PAC and national fundraising operations for their clients.

Job duties will vary with experience, but will include:

• Work with a team of 2-4 to create and execute the national finance and DC finance program for incumbent US Senators and Congressional candidates
• Prepare memos and briefings for clients
• Staff members of Congress at fundraising events in DC and across the country
• Conduct outreach to hosts and donors to build national fundraising trips
• Work with the DC PAC community to organize fundraising events

Salary range from $50,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation package includes 401(k) and health insurance, a weekly remote work day, a substantial vacation policy, and a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

Successful candidates for the finance team have:

• Campaign or finance team experience via internship or professional capacity
• Excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to work effectively within a flexible and adaptable work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain systems for record keeping and reporting.
• Knowledge of and experience with NGP and Numero databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
