We are proud of our world-class faculty, groundbreaking research and international reputation for excellence in sustainability, community engagement and innovation.Position SummaryResponsible for all aspects of developing and leading a competitive football program in the Big Sky Conference. This includes, but is not limited to: coaching, recruiting, retaining and counseling student-athletes; monitoring academic progress culminating in graduation; managing daily administrative duties of the program; fundraising and public relations; supervising assistants; adhering to all rules and regulations of the university, NCAA, and Big Sky.Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum five years collegiate coaching.
- Demonstrated excellent professional/interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to the total welfare of student-athletes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to developing a successful Division I football program both academically and athletically.Preferred Qualifications- NCAA Division I experience preferred.

Work Days/HoursTotal Compensation Range & Benefits StatementSalary is dependent on several factors, and new employees will typically start around the Q1 level to allow for later growth within the salary band. PSU has a structured process for determining starting compensation, taking into account years of related experience, applicable skills, knowledge and abilities, market parity, and internal equity. The starting annual salary for this position will be based on experience.
