The Athletics Department at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a dynamic and versatile Head Coach, Court Volleyball who will direct, develop, and manage all aspects of a Division I Court Volleyball program.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Head Coach, Volleyball is responsible for coaching, training and development of student-athletes within the team concept.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Recruitment and talent evaluation of student-athletes.
Monitoring of student-athletes academic progress and personal development.
Budget creation and management.
Tournament and practice scheduling.
Supervise assistant coaches, graduate assistants, temps, work study students or volunteers.
Adherence to Georgia State University, NCAA, Sun Belt Conference rules and policies.
Development and fundraising responsibilities to raise funds for the department and Volleyball program, along with alumni engagement.

Qualifications
: Minimum Hiring Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience; or a combination of education and related experience. Knowledge of NCAA policies and procedures is required. NCAA certification will be required.
