About our client

What the job involves

• Working closely with the Head of IR and wider IR team, you would support all aspects of fundraising and investor engagement
• Preparing marketing and due diligence materials (e.g. PPMs, presentations, DDQs)
• Coordinating investor meetings and responding to queries
• Managing investor target lists and CRM systems
• Supporting quarterly reporting and webinar preparation
• Assisting with annual investor and advisory board events
• Contributing to relationship-building with current and prospective investors

Who we are looking for

• Strong academics with prior experience in Investor Relations or Placement Agents. Any other financial services backgrounds (i.e. Investment Banking or Investments would also be considered)
• Commercially sharp with a growth mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Team player with strong emotional intelligence
• Interested in technology
