A Singapore-based venture capital firm is establishing a private credit business and exploring hybrid funding strategies, with a focus on China, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. They are looking to hire a Capital Formation/IR Associate to join their team.

Job Title: Investor Relations & Business Development Associate

Location: Singapore

Role Overview:

To support investor relations and business development initiatives for our private credit and private equity divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors.

Assist in fundraising activities and prepare marketing materials.

Conduct market research to identify new investment opportunities.

Collaborate with the investment team to create compelling presentations and reports.

Support communication strategies to enhance investor engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

2-6 years of experience in investor relations, business development, or financial services.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Knowledge of private credit and private equity markets is a plus.
