- JUDICIAL COORDINATED CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Description
The Hamilton County Democratic Party is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced individual to serve as the 2026 HCDP Judicial Coordinated Campaign Manager.
Reports to: HCDP Executive Director
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Responsibilities include:
Planning regular canvass launches and weekends of action with volunteers.
Develop a budget and fundraising strategy; support the Judicial Committee in fundraising efforts.
Taking a creative approach to encouraging voter turnout in our neighborhoods, including attending or creating community events to inform and engage Democrats.
Training, and managing volunteers, especially District/Ward Chairs and Precinct Executives, Dem Clubs and affinity groups.
Maintaining a list of campaign volunteers and communicating with them as needed.
Managing third party vendors on the creation of campaign lit, direct mail, paid digital, radio and print advertising.
Maintaining a shared calendar for coordinated campaign stakeholders
Managing Early Vote and Election Day poll coverage.
Working with the Executive Director to track expenditures and collect pledges.
Requirements
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Two cycles of campaign experience preferred.
Proficiency with DNC Votebuilder, targeting, list-building, and turf cutting.
Strong communication skills.
Familiarity with the Judicial Code of Conduct and campaign finance compliance.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Enthusiasm for electing Democrats on the local, state, and federal levels of government.
This is a full-time, in-person position ending November 6, 2026. Weekend and evening work expected. Position comes with a monthly stipend beginning of $5,000.
