ROLE PROFILE:

Act as the primary point of responsibility for indirect tax compliance across LATAM jurisdictions. Ensure accurate filings, timely delivery, and effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external advisers.

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role is central to managing LATAM indirect tax obligations. You will oversee compliance processes, review returns prepared by external providers, and provide visibility to leadership. You will work closely with the regional indirect tax lead and external advisers to maintain compliance and support audits and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• Oversee indirect tax compliance for LATAM jurisdictions, including review of returns prepared by external providers.
• Ensure all filings and payments are completed accurately and on time.
• Support audits and inquiries by coordinating documentation and liaising with advisers and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation.
• Provide regular visibility on LATAM compliance status to leadership.
• Collaborate on projects impacting LATAM indirect tax.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Extensive experience in indirect tax compliance or accounting experience in LATAM
• Strong technical knowledge of indirect tax principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required
