- Leadership Annual Giving Officer
Description
Carroll College is seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Leadership Annual Giving Officer to join its Advancement team. This key position plays a vital role in securing leadership-level annual gifts that directly support the college’s strategic priorities and enduring mission. The Leadership Annual Giving Officer will be responsible for cultivating and managing philanthropic relationships with individuals capable of making annual contributions ranging from $1,000 to $24,999. Managing a portfolio of approximately 180 to 250 donor households, the officer will lead all phases of the donor engagement cycle, including prospect identification, strategic cultivation, personalized solicitation, and ongoing stewardship.
Success in this role requires a proactive and strategic approach to relationship-building, a deep understanding of donor motivations, and a strong commitment to delivering personalized and meaningful donor experiences. In addition to individual fundraising responsibilities, the Leadership Annual Giving Officer will collaborate with campus partners to support and implement long-term initiatives that enhance Carroll College’s overall advancement efforts.

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field, plus 3 years of higher education or non-profit fundraising experience.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this position, Carroll College will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas classifications.
