DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and steward the All Angels Society and other planned giving initiatives to expand the Foundation’s legacy impact.
- Plan and execute capital campaign strategies in partnership with the Director of Advancement and campaign leadership, including quiet and public phases, gift tables, prospect pipelines, volunteer engagement, timelines, and reporting.
- Manage a portfolio of major and planned gift donors, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding gifts that advance Foundation and capital campaign priorities; develop individualized strategies, and coordinate leadership and peer solicitations.
- Serve as a trusted resource to parishioners and their advisors on planned giving options (bequests, trusts, charitable gift annuities, and more).
- Partner with Communications to create print, digital, and event materials that share the Foundation’s story and encourage generosity.
- Lead and support Foundation donor events, recognition gatherings, and educational seminars.
- Provide oversight of Memorial and Honorarium Giving.
- Keep detailed and timely records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the All Angels Foundation Trustees and Advancement staff to strengthen and expand donor engagement.

- Learn and apply the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as part of our organizational framework.
- Demonstrate energy, professionalism, and a high standard of stewardship in all donor relationships.
- Communicate clearly, pastorally, and persuasively in both written and spoken forms.
