The team offers a dynamic and collaborative environment, providing the opportunity to work directly with senior professionals and gain deep exposure to the private equity secondaries market. What the job involves
The associate will play a key role in supporting the firm's investor relations efforts in the US, helping to strengthen relationships with both existing and prospective limited partners (LPs). This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop expertise across investor communication, fundraising support, and strategic relationship management.
- Serving as an initial point of contact for investor queries and ensuring timely, high-quality communication across the IR function
- Coordinating responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and maintaining standard firm materials and information repositories
- Supporting investor reporting and quarterly update processes, collaborating closely with the finance and investment teams
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing and fundraising materials, including presentations and investor documentation
- Maintaining and updating the firm's CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of investor engagement and activity
- Supporting event coordination, including investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences
- Conducting research and analysis on investor trends and new relationship opportunities
- A bachelor's degree with several years of relevant experience in private equity, investor relations, investment banking, or related fields
- Strong organizational and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to build and manage investor relationships effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with comfort handling investor-facing responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- A self-motivated and collaborative team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment
- Please note that the salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000
