A newly launched real estate investment firm with a recently raised discretionary fund, led by experienced founders from top global financial institutions, require a Seniuor Analyst or Junior Associate to join the team in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and managing the deal pipeline, financial modelling, preparing investment business plans.
• Coordinating due diligence, executing transactions, liaising with operating partners, assisting in financing, and fundraising, and supporting portfolio management.
• Ability to manage transaction execution from cradle to grave - lots of responsibility from day 1
• The firm invest across the capital structure.
• Sectors include logistics, residential, retail and office.
• Focus is Germany and the UK real estate market, but will also look at deals in France, Spain, and Netherlands.
• Direct exposure to transactions and key stakeholders, significant growth potential. and a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Real Estate or Business.
• 2-3 years experience in real estate investments or acquisitions.
• Those with experience investing in Germany and/or the UK will be at an advantage.
• Fluent English and ideally further European languages (esp. German and/or Italian or Spanish).
• Advanced cash flow modelling essential.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset
• Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills.
• Office-based role with some flexibility for remote work.
• Compensation Competitive base salary + cash bonus.
