Responsibilities:

• Review investment portfolios and assess performance to support strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to investor outreach and capital sourcing for business growth initiatives.
• Assist in structuring private investment vehicles and preparing related materials.
• Strengthen and manage relationships with funding partners and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimally 3 years of experience in fund syndication, fund structuring, corporate finance, fundraising, or related fields.
• Familiarity with the legal and operational aspects of private investment structures.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven stakeholder management capabilities.
