Job Title: Skilled Fundraising Professional Needed, for Unique Humanitarian Nonprofit Organization
In-person, or remote and hybrid options also available)
Compensation
Salary is $96,000 to $132,000 per year, plus a very generous bonus structure, if monthly goals are met.
Therefore, if monthly goals are met, your compensation would be several times the annual salary, that you see listed.
-Job Summary
You would meet with our founder – a kind man, who has 42 years' experience, in all matters of non-profit work, to gain an understanding of our mission statement,
and to review all our documents, such as business plan.
We treat all people with respect and dignity. A college degree is not required.
This position is simple:
You contact people who you know, or whom you could find
-Meet with them, in person or sometimes over the phone
-Demonstrate how our organization cares about them, as a person
-Gradually ask them for large donations, and you would obtain these donations, on our behalf
-Planned giving and monthly support, are additional options

This position can be either in-person, remote, or hybrid.
Full-time is best, but we can also consider a contract or freelance.

1. The total dollar amount that you have raised, by yourself, in your life, for nonprofit organizations.
2. The types of nonprofits, for which you have worked.
3. The total number of years that you have actual experience, in fundraising for nonprofit organizations.
4. What city or county, you live in now, and how long you have lived in your city, or at least the general area.

- LOCAL PROGRAMS
-Helping people with serious disabilities, families in poverty, loneliness, etc.
We provide free high-quality food and nutrition, plus holiday presents, and other things, to the people we serve
- Job training, nutritional advice, emotional support
- Helping women and veterans prepare for careers, plus provide life skills training and emotional support, in the programs that we offer. and much more
-Unique character-building programs for boys and girls (separately)
- Major benevolence program, for the poor
All services are provided free of charge.
We have been around a long time and will maintain true compassion for the people we help.
We also have a national focus, and we can provide that information to you, if needed.
These are just brief descriptions of the programs and as mentioned, if you are interested, we would provide you the complete, entire mission statement and business plan, plus the biographies of our board members
- In addition to our wonderful programs, we are also beginning a new creative and entertainment division, which will be to honor supporters, friends of our organization and others, with the following:
Fundraising Focus, for Creative & Entertainment Division
This division, which will have many different categories, is to bring happiness to people through various types of artistic, musical, and other entertainment and creative concepts.
We strongly believe that providing creative events, will help people to become happy, and that it is still within our overall mission statement, of being a humanitarian
organization, and is just as important as the life skill training, helping people with disabilities, and more, that done for many years.

1. Major Theme Park
- All original
Entirely unique and creative
All rides, attractions, food, and memorabilia, will be free to all guests
Plans are prepared; major theme park consulting company, will be involved
Our founder has designed this whole entire park, and we have the consultants lined up, to begin the process with this, once we have funding.
Theme park design companies do most everything, including preparing the park, building it, etc.
-Mall
For donors and friends, plus a few days per month, for the general public
60–70 shops, 1970s music venue, special events
Restaurants
All items available without cost
Motion Pictures and Television Programs
6 movies, 7 TV shows, 6 cartoons, game shows
Moral and family values
Style: 60s & 70s for shows, 30s–60s for movies
-Classic Car Museum
Focus on 60s and 70s American cars
Drivable by donors and select public guests
Free
Musician's Guild – For musicians to socialize and assist with music-related needs
Actor's Guild – For actors, writers, etc., to collaborate and contribute
Cultural Novels – Themes include: Old West, London, Paris, Marriage & Family, and more
Benefit Dinners – Free dinner and concert for donors
-Supporter Events – Costume parties, children’s birthday events, etc.
-Special Parades, Fairs, Music Festivals
