Description
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage fundraising initiatives for USD funds, including strategy development, investor outreach, and relationship management.
- Drive end-to-end fundraising processes, from preparing marketing materials and due diligence to closing commitments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with global and domestic institutional investors, family offices, and other LPs.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and investment teams to align fundraising efforts with firm strategy.
- Provide market insights and contribute to investor communication plans, including quarterly updates and annual meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above; overseas education and work experience strongly preferred.
- 5-10 years of professional experience, with a proven track record in fundraising within private equity or related investment funds.
- Demonstrated experience completing full fundraising cycles for USD-denominated funds; RMB fundraising experience is a plus.
- Strong network and understanding of global and domestic LP landscape.
- Prior experience in technology-focused funds is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is required.
