We are looking for a seasoned investment banking professional with a strong sales orientation to lead client engagements, manage advisory teams, and drive deal closures. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in fundraising, strategic advisory, or equity sales in broking, along with proven client management capabilities and a full-on sales attitude to originate and close high-quality transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead deal origination and execution across capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, and strategic advisory mandates. Manage and nurture relationships with promoters, business owners, and institutional clients. Supervise and guide a team of advisors and analysts in research, financial modelling, and transaction documentation. Work closely with external advisors (legal, tax, diligence) to ensure smooth execution. Drive end-to-end deal closure, from origination to execution.

Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in investment banking or transaction advisory. Strong record of client relationship management and successful deal closures. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
