Company Overview

Founded in 2001, Tri City Health Partnership provides a wide range of high quality medical and dental care to individuals in Central Kane County, completely free to all patients.

At our clinic in St. Charles, Illinois, we treat all patients with dignity and offer a warm, inviting, and mutually respectful environment. We are completely funded by grants and donations from the local community, such as private citizens, townships, trusts and foundations, service clubs, churches, charity groups, and fundraisers. We do not receive any state or federal funding. A tight knit staff and a group of dedicated volunteers operate our clinic. In addition, local specialists volunteer to provide services to our patients free of charge in their private offices on a referral basis.

The mission of Tri City Health Partnership is to provide quality health care in an environment of mutual respect, to members of the community without the ability to pay for services. We promote better life choices through education and preventive care to foster the growth of the whole individual.
