Company History

The University of Oklahoma Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) was established in 1944 with the sole purpose of supporting the University of Oklahoma and its generous donors.

Benefits

The Foundation offers the following benefits to full-time employees:

-Medical, dental, prescription drug, and vision insurance.
-160 hours per year of PTO accrued in monthly increments. PTO accrual rate increases with years of service.
-13 paid holidays per year.
-The Foundation contributes 10% of base pay to 401(k) savings plan and an optional 3% match of employee contributions.
-$100,000 in employer paid life insurance coverage.
-Short-term disability insurance, fully paid for by the Foundation.
-Annual contribution to the employee’s 401(k) starting at $300 and increasing in five-year increments up to $1,200.
-Gifts made in support of OU matched up to $2,500 annually.
