Christel House International in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a College & Careers Collaboration Coordinator to be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of the College & Careers (C&C) Collaboration Program. Duties include promoting the program and its benefits; assessing and selecting partner schools; interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, supervising, and evaluating Career Coaches; developing and implementing strategies to improve program effectiveness and quality; monitoring program outcomes and generating reports and metrics; creating and reviewing curriculum materials, templates, forms, and procedures; and managing technological and program-related information using systems such as ZOHO and ClickUp. Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Service, Human Resources, or a related field and experience coordinating teams.
