Description
The Aiken-Augusta Swim League (ASL), is seeking a experienced, dynamic and enthusiastic leader to serve as the Head Coach and Program Director of our thriving year-round competitive swim team.
Established in 1969, ASL is the premiere swim club in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) encompassing greater Augusta, GA and Aiken, SC (with population approaching 800,000). This system allows children and families to “grow into” the sport and seeks to create an inclusive and friendly environment for swimmers of all ages and ability levels.

Our vision is to achieve national distinction and regional prominence by developing healthy, happy, and successful swimmers through expert coaching that instills a positive, growth-oriented mindset and an unparalleled team environment, where every athlete feels they belong and are valued.
