This role sits within the firm's client management team and offers a blend of fundraising execution, client advisory and commercial responsibilities. Working closely with senior team members, you will act as a trusted partner to private markets fund managers throughout the fundraising lifecycle.
- Managing relationships with private markets fund manager clients throughout fundraising processes
- Advising clients on fundraising strategy, positioning and investor engagement
- Coordinating and driving fundraising projects to successful completion
- Supporting investor outreach and origination activities
- Conducting market research and maintaining awareness of fundraising trends and investor activity
- Contributing to client deliverables, presentations and strategic fundraising initiatives
- Taking ownership of projects and workstreams with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience within a placement agent, corporate finance advisory firm or similar client-facing financial services environment
- Strong understanding of private markets fundraising and investor engagement
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Commercial instincts and a natural business development mindset
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- High levels of resilience, energy and accountability
- Strong interest in technology and AI, with the ability to leverage modern tools to improve efficiency and outcomes
- A collaborative approach combined with the confidence to take initiative and drive projects forward
